How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website at www.svlfoods.co.uk. Simply browse
our products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We also accept orders via
phone or email for your convenience.
Delivery Information
UK Wide Delivery
After your order departs from our warehouse, you will receive a notification with tracking details and an Expected Time of Arrival from our Delivery Partner.
You can expect your delivery to arrive within 2 to 5 business days* after placing your order, not counting weekends.
Please note that orders made on Thursdays with Fresh Items (like Bread, Plantain, Onions, etc.) will be shipped the following Monday.
It’s important to have an adult over the age of 18 available to accept your order. If you’re not home during the delivery window, our partners may allow you to designate a ‘Safe Place’ or reroute it to a neighbor.
Delivery starts at £7.99* (for additional details, please review our full Delivery Options at checkout).
The delivery fee is based on the total weight of your basket.
During checkout, the applicable delivery charge will be calculated based on your basket’s weight and your location.
Please keep in mind that delivery costs may vary over time as we adjust to the pricing changes from our Delivery Partners.

Do you offer international shipping?
