Refund and Return Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not
happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return,
the product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Certain
items, such as perishable goods, are exempt from being returned.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note though, that we can only offer refunds for items if they arrive damaged, or missing.
Our refund and returns policy for Non Perishable items lasts 14 days from delivery. If 14
days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
For Perishable items, our policy is 24 hours from delivery. For Perishable items (plantains,
bread, etc) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery of your order to advice of missing
and/or damaged items. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by
inspecting the Items.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-
refundable.
3. Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail it info@svlfoods.com. You will be responsible for
paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your
credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve
done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at
